About you:

You will ideally have at least two years experience in a social housing or tenant liaison role.
Have excellent community skills, with the ability to engage and support teams through potentially challenging situations.
You will have string organisational skills and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.
As a confident problem solver you will be able to think on your feet to resolve situations and find suitable solutions.
You will be required to travel across Exeter to attend properties and estate visits.

About the role:

We are looking for a someone undertake the role temporarily to;
- Support customers through the process of being decanted from initial contact, identifying suitable temporary accommodation, such as temporary properties or hotel bookings.
- Complete the letting process of temporary accommodation producing and issuing tenancy/licence documentation.
