As a Housing Customer Service Apprentice, you'll complete a Level 3 Service in Housing Apprenticeship while gaining valuable hands-on experience across a range of teams within Together Housing. You'll begin your journey in our Customer Service Centre, learning how to deliver outstanding service through telephone, email and digital channels, before spending time with other departments to gain a broad understanding of the housing sector.
