Become a Property Maintenance Technician with the Housing Agency in Cape Breton District. This full-time, permanent position focuses on the care and maintenance of properties in Ingonish and Dingwall.
You will deliver essential repair services under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, performing duties from carpentry to plumbing and ensuring properties are properly maintained. Candidates should have five years of relevant experience, along with a valid driver’s license and vehicle access for travel within Victoria County.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair various property features, including plumbing
