Summary

The Houseman is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean well-maintained and prepared for check-in. This includes performing cleaning tasks replenishing amenities and providing excellent service to enhance guest satisfaction and the overall guest experience. The Houseman plays a key role in maintaining the hotels cleanliness standards and promoting a comfortable environment for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty promptly wearing the correct uniform and nametag consistently.
• Clean and service guest rooms by vacuuming dusting polishing and wiping surfaces including furniture fixtures and windows following the Sequence of Service and Standard Operating Procedures established by management.
• Report any maintenance issues damages or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor or maintenance team.
