Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the Room Attendants to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are maintained in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines established.
- Inspect guest rooms and premises regularly to ensure furnishing, facilities and equipment are cleaned, repaired, maintained and replaced when necessary.
- Take charge of assigned areas and ensure housekeeping services are in line with the standards established. Ensure Housekeeping trolleys are adequately supplied and properly parked at designated areas. Conduct random checks on pantries and service areas.
- Responsible for Room Attendants’ assignments – completion of rooms cleaning and allocation of extra duties.
- Ensure work orders and requests are being carried out promptly and efficiently.
- Investigate and follow up on complaints regarding housekeeping services.
