Assistant Housekeeper / Senior Housekeeper

Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible to supervise, train and inspect the work of assigned Room Attendants to ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance to Hotel’s standard.
  • Monitors assigned staff attendance records and documents any lateness or absenteeism.
  • Prepares and distributes assignment sheets to assigned staff and reviews priorities.
  • Assigns designated keys to staff and maintains accurate records.
  • Conduct daily briefing with the Room attendants on urgent clean rooms, VIP arrival, special reguest and etc.
  • Checks Room Attendant's carts for proper supplies, neatness, cleanliness and mechanical problems.
  • Inspect guest corridor, standing ashtray and staircases and ensure all are well maintained.
  • Report any suspicious character loitering along the guest corridor.
  • Inspects and updates room status after room cleanlines...
