Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff on daily operations Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met Assign duties and manage staff deployment efficiently Train new staff and provide on-the-job guidance Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Report maintenance issues and follow up on rectification Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene standards Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good leadership and communication skills Physically fit and able to perform operational duties when required Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
