Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily shift operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with established standards.
• Will lead a team of housekeepers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping team, assigning duties, and ensuring they adhere to cleaning standards and schedules.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Ensure knowledge and utilization of property procurement application e.g. SCM, Fidelio PSC, etc.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.
• Address guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness and ensuring prompt resolution.
