Housekeeping supervisor

Purpose of Position

O’Two Hotels is seeking a detail-obsessed Housekeeping Supervisor to guide daily room operations across Terra by O’Two and Mar by O’Two. This role protects room readiness, team productivity, cleanliness, presentation and the small details that quietly define a luxury stay.

Key Responsibilities Allocate rooms and duties to room attendants and housekeeping team members. Inspect guest rooms, suites, corridors, pantries and service areas to ensure standards are met. Check amenities, linen, minibar support items, maintenance concerns and room presentation details. Update room status, traces, special requests and housekeeping communication in Protel and related tools. Coach team members on cleaning sequence, presentation, timing and guest‑aware behaviour.
