**Job Status and Requirements:**
1. This is for local hire.
2. Must be able to work on Guam, USA without restrictions:
1. US Citizens or US Permanent Residents
2. Residents of Federated States of Micronesia (FSM)
3. This position is not eligible for:
1. Relocation Package
2. to be US Work Visa Sponsor
4. Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
5. Service years - At lease three (3) years of experience in Resort housekeeping in a lead or supervisory capacity.
6. Must be able to work flexible shifts as per Business need.
7. Must be able to work on Weekends, Holidays and inclement weathers.
8. Language - Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
9. Excellent Computer knowledge and skill with MS Office.
