Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Bath Mill Lodge Retreat, one of Darwin Escapes' award-winning holiday destinations.

As Housekeeping Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring our luxury lodges and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards while supporting, developing and motivating your colleagues.

This is a varied and hands-on management role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

This is a permanent position offering 35 hours per week, working variable days, including weekends and bank holidays in line with the needs of the business.
