Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification or higher
- Relevant knowledge of Housekeeping and Kitchen operations
- Computer Literacy in MS Office
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- General administration, responsible for all operations in the Kitchen
- Access control and supervision in the kitchen
- Providing safe kitchen access for students to enable them to prepare meals for themselves during the academic year
- Provide supervision and guidance to students with preparation of meals, enabling students to prepare balanced cost-effective meals
- To monitor and register electrical appliances of students in the Residence
- Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety and Risk compliance
- Ensure a safe environment for students and staff
