Qualifications

  1. Minimum Grade 10 qualification or higher
  2. Relevant knowledge of Housekeeping and Kitchen operations
  3. Computer Literacy in MS Office
  4. Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  1. General administration, responsible for all operations in the Kitchen
  2. Access control and supervision in the kitchen
  3. Providing safe kitchen access for students to enable them to prepare meals for themselves during the academic year
  4. Provide supervision and guidance to students with preparation of meals, enabling students to prepare balanced cost-effective meals
  5. To monitor and register electrical appliances of students in the Residence
  6. Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety and Risk compliance
  7. Ensure a safe environment for students and staff
