Housekeeper

A private residence located in Westmount is seeking an experienced and meticulous Housekeeper to ensure the upkeep, organization, and smooth day-to-day operation of a condo apartment occupied two days per week by its owner.

This is an autonomous role intended for a trusted individual who will care for the residence as if it were their own home.

Key Responsibilities

Organization and Management:

• Identify maintenance and housekeeping tasks to be completed and establish priorities.
• Plan weekly work schedules according to the residence’s occupancy.
• Communicate as needed with vendors and service providers (maintenance, repairs, deliveries, etc.).
• Report any damages, required repairs, or potential improvements.
• Maintain a high level of quality, consistency, and discretion at all times.
