This roleis responsible fordetailed cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep to meet company standards. Working closely with the maintenance and leasing teams, the Housekeeper helps create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Clean vacant units to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for new residents. 
  • Perform routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared amenities. Assistinmaintainingthe cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots,breezewaysandcommon areas. 
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
