Job Description

Applicants should have a skill set that includes, but is not limited to, floor care, general cleaning services, and attention to detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • perform housekeeping duties at assigned areas thoroughly, in a professional and safe manner in accordance with training and safety standards;
  • complete assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner;
  • communicate in a professional manner to faculty, staff students, visitors and co-workers.

    • REQUIRED ABILITIES:

  • working independently with limited supervision;
  • ability to frequently and independently lift up to 25-pound items in a repetitive manner, and occasionally lift items up to 40 pounds;
  • no sensitivity to common construction materials;
  • able to work in dusty and/or unconditioned spaces at times;
  • work consistently for 2 hours completing common maintenance activities without breaks;
