Are you looking for a house-sitting opportunity in Abbotsford, British Columbia? I’m a homeowner seeking a reliable and trustworthy individual to help care for our home while family is away.
There will be certain dates where overnight presence is required (approximately 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM). I prefer having someone stay overnight as it provides peace of mind and helps ensure the home feels occupied and secure.
Responsibilities include mail collection, plant care, basic interior tidying, turning lights on and off as needed, and managing trash and recycling.
This is a quiet home environment. No smoking, no parties, and no pets, please. You will have access to WiFi, Netflix, and Amazon Prime during your stay. The basement suite is tenanted, so I’m looking for someone who is respectful and considerate of others in the home.
Compensation is $60 per day for standard check-ins or $150 for overnight stays.
