HOUSE COOK

CANDIDATES SHOULD BE ABLE TO PREPARE ARABIC DISHES & CONTINENTAL DISHES. 

Duties And Responsibilities

  1. assisting the head cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients.
  2. cleaning and sanitizing the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards.
  3. washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment.
  4. operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens.
  5. managing inventory, unloading supplies and organizing the storeroom.
