Hourly employee, Subscription Coordinator

Overview

• Fixed‑term part‑time (≈20 hours per week) Subscription Coordinator role in Neste’s global Market Intelligence team based in Espoo, Finland, starting around September and running until April 2027.
• Manage and optimise global Market Intelligence subscriptions by administering platforms, onboarding and removing users, troubleshooting access, raising purchase requests, and supporting contract renewals with Procurement.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or students in the final stage of a Master’s program, prior corporate experience in coordination, administration, procurement or data management, IT system savviness, and strong organisational and communication skills.
• Applications accepted through Neste’s recruitment system until 5 August; hybrid work requires at least three days per week in the office.
