As part of Houle’s CIR Project Delivery group, you will oversee various projects, ensuring quality execution from start to finish. Your role will also involve estimating/project planning and maintaining vital relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and pursue business opportunities with clients
• Accurately estimate and submit project tenders
• Review and negotiate contract terms
• Foster relationships with suppliers and contractors
• Manage project finances and timelines diligently
Requirements:
• Electrical trade qualification or related degree
• At least 3 years’ electrical project management experience
• Familiarity with Estimating programs like Accubid
• Competence in relevant software tools like AutoCAD
