Guest Service & Front Desk Operations

  • Greet guests.
  • Provide detailed information on spa services, treatments, promotions, and operating hours.
  • Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and cancellations via phone, walk-in, or online channels.
  • Promote and up sell spa treatments, products, and packages to maximize revenue.
  • Handle walk-in guests and bookings.
  • Ensure all daily transactions, reports, and records are accurately completed before closing.
  • Assist in end-of-day reconciliation and ensure cash and credit transactions are properly balanced.

Work Schedule

  • 10am to 8pm / 8pm to 6am (subject to operational needs)
  • 2 days off a week
