Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager – India

Reporting To: Vice President Ops – Contact Centre/ Director of Ops and L&D

Location:  Hybrid role, India

Role Overview

The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving membership sales, revenue growth, and customer engagement across partner hotels in India. This role focuses on on-ground sales execution, relationship building with hotel teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences that convert into membership sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales of membership programs (e.g., ALL Plus / Explorer)

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Maximise conversion rates through effective guest interactions
