Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and sales pipeline, ensuring all client information and interactions are accurately logged.
  • Assist with the creation of sales collateral and presentations.
  • Prepare and distribute sales contracts, proposals.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports (e.g., pace reports, production reports, lead tracking, market segment analysis).
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and sales forecast with data-driven insights.
  • Maintain the hotel’s room inventory and function space calendar in the sales system, ensuring accuracy against the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements for data collection and reporting efficiency.
  • Become a super-user of the hotel’s key systems (e.g., Opera PMS, Munshi, Delphi/Salesforce/CI/TY, Microsoft Office ...
