As a Hotel Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by welcoming visitors, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure process. Alongside reception duties, you’ll assist with housekeeping tasks and provide support to the hospitality team during events and busy periods.

What You'll Do

  • Handling guest enquiries and managing reservations and bookings
  • Processing advance payments accurately via the Payment Express portal
  • Accepting and confirming reservations in line with established standards and procedures
  • Answering all incoming calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly manner
