WELCOME GUEST EXPERIENCE
● Greet guests with a smile and signature greetings of WELCOME HOME.
● Answer guest inquiry when needed.
● Organize queuing of guests if the front desk becomes busy and crowded.
● Answers telephone calls within 3 rings in a courteous manner.
ADMIN / UPKEEP
● shall be responsible for up keeping of front desk standard:
GUEST COMMUNICATIONS AND RESERVATIONS INQUIRY
● Front Desk Associate shall make sure that all communications are set up for hotel guest to get in touch with the hotel easily.
● Front Desk Associate shall reply to any reservation inquiry using relevant Fact Sheets, FAQs, and other details that might be necessary within 24 hours as part of the standard.
● Front Desk Associate shall provide real time response to guest inquiries and requests through Viber and Facebook Messenger.
