Full Time Front Office Receptionist – Voco Grand Central Hotel
As a Front Office Receptionist, your main duties and responsibilities will be checking in and out our guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming our guests to the city and interacting with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program. You will also be a key part of our guests’ overall stay, providing special experiences and recognising our loyal IHG One Rewards members.
Qualifications
Availability to work 40 hours per week across a variety of shifts
Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus
An un‑stuffy, thoughtful approach to service. You will be someone who enjoys showcasing your personality and your ability to be a host to our guests, providing them with a laid‑back stay
