A 5* Hotel located along the KZN North Coast is seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Manager with Business Acumen, ultimately responsible for all aspects of hotel operations. To act as the ambassador of the Hotel Brand and actively living the company mission and values of exceeding all Service Standards, leading the hotels' senior management team in meetings, set business targets and delivering exceptional guest service.

Proven Experience in hotel management within a luxury hospitality environment: 

*Optimize overall Guest Experience - deliver on all expectations and customer service levels; 

*Team Leadership / Team Management - to achieve the highest level of performance and excellence via fostering positive working relationships with all staff, performance manage/appraisals, staff development, mentoring ,coaching, succession planning...
