Job Description

Lokal Rooms are a network of high-quality, standardized, and affordable hotel rooms nationwide, with which we aim to revolutionize the local hotel industry and redefine the way travelers experience Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
Ensure LOKAL Room standards and services are consistently up to mark by conducting quality checks as per standard operating procedures.
Address guest requests and handle complaints within specified timeframes to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of upcoming bookings, update hotel records, and submit quality assurance reports in a timely manner.
Cultivate strong inter-departmental relationships within the hotel and across the LOKAL Rooms chain.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in hotel Industry or related field.
2+ years of experience in the hotel industry.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
