Inntown Inn & Suites, located at 2201 Voght Street, Merritt, BC V1K 1B8, is looking for a Hotel Manager. We are committed to providing the highest quality of service to our guests, making their visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. This is a year‑round, full‑time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate procurements with current and potential vendors.
• Implement and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
• Recruit and supervise staff.
• Oversee training and set work schedules.
• Work closely with the motel owner to develop promotional strategies.
• Ensure that the guest’s overall experience during their stay meets expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort.
• Resolve guests’ complaints.
