Compensation and Work Conditions

Wage: 40.00 hourly
Hours: 40 hours per week
Start date: as soon as possible
Work environment: On site (no remote option)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Establish work schedules
  • Organize and maintain inventory

Qualifications

  • Language: English
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1–2 years or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
