Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations across front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
  • Handle in-person client interactions professionally: check-ins, walk-ins, bookings, complaints, and guest inquiries
  • Operate and troubleshoot hotel management software, online booking systems, POS, and basic IT infrastructure
  • Maintain service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and coordinate staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor budgets, occupancy, revenue, and prepare operational reports

Working Conditions

  • On-site role in Lahore, Pakistan
  • Full-time, morning shift (flexibility for weekends/holidays required)
  • Salary: 45,000 - 65,000 PKR per month
