Hotel HR Leader & People Experience Architect

Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is seeking an HR Leader/Assistant HR Manager to oversee all HR functions in the hotel, including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management and legal compliance with IHG policies.

You will foster a positive team culture, support managers, handle payroll and records, and ensure accurate HR reporting while upholding Brand standards and delivering a unique guest experience.
