Job Description
Hotel General Manager position available in Paarl.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Manage all hotel departments, including reservations, front office, housekeeping, sales and marketing, leisure services, human resources, and finance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue, occupancy, and overall hotel performance.
- Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, health and safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through training and performance management.
- Manage guest feedback, resolve complaints effectively, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Oversee hotel projects and drive continuous operational improvements.
