  • Coordinate, assign, and review the work of hotel front desk operations for all Front office staff.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Resolve work‑related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Oversee room assignments, billing, and reservation accuracy using the PMS.
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through feedback and service standards.
  • Conduct shift reports, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
