Hiring for HOTEL FRONT DESK AGENT

Responsibilities

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcoming guests, verifying reservation details, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring accuracy in guest billing.
  • Reservation Management: Managing incoming reservations, confirming bookings, and assisting with modifications or cancellations.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum requirement, though some employers may prefer candidates with a college degree, especially in hospitality or business.
  • Previous Experience: While entry-level positions are available, prior experience in customer service, hotel, or hospitality roles is often preferred.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Management Software: Experience with property management systems (PMS) like Opera, OnQ, or others is beneficial.
