An expanding hospitality group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations across its portfolio of established 3–4-star hotels in Madina Province.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded culinary leader who thrives in a multi-property environment, enjoys developing teams, and has a passion for delivering consistently high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • This position reports into the group Culinary Director providing strategic support across their portfolio in Madina Province
  • Develop seasonal menus for restaurants, banqueting and room service operations.
  • Drive food quality, consistency and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
  • Manage food cost, purchasing, inventory and kitchen budgets to maximise profitability.
  • Maintain HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
