Hotel Duty Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Duty Manager to oversee the hotel's daily operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will lead operational teams, resolve guest concerns, coordinate inter-departmental activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. The Duty Manager serves as the management representative during assigned shifts and plays a key role in maintaining service quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
