Responsible for the following areas: Staff Training and Management, Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, Reception and Customer Service, Public Relations and Industry Relations, Housekeeping. Ensure quality standards for cleanliness and maintenance. Maintain the hostel facilities in proper working order, Purchasing and Inventory Control, Accounting and Budgeting. Entertainment, Atmosphere & Activities.
Position requirements
- Diploma from an established Hotel, Tourism School or University
- At least 2‑3 years experience in same positions Hotel or /and Hostel
- Excellent communication skills and a positive open attitude for public relations and problem-solving
- Capability to prioritize tasks
