Job Description

Minor International in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie for the Hot Kitchen section. You will prepare all food items for à la carte and buffet menus, following hotel recipes and standards to ensure high-quality dishes.

You will lead with creativity and attention to plating, maintain mise en place, uphold HACCP and hygiene standards, and work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
