Job Description

The Hostess at Irene is responsible for creating a warm, confident first impression while supporting the service team to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role bridges front door hospitality and floor support, maintaining flow, organization, and energy in the dining room.

• Greet every guest promptly with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using OpenTable
• Control the pace of seating in alignment with kitchen and service capacity
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and management
• Maintain an organized and presentable host stand

• Reset and prepare tables quickly and accurately
• Support with light running of food or beverages when needed
• Help maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining room
• Monitor guest needs and alert servers proactively
