The luxury 5 star hotel Branco Mykonos seeks for Hostess.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and guide them through Branco’s property
  • Escort them to their sunbeds / table and provide them with menus
  • Administer guest requests with efficiency and a positive attitiude
  • Run the floor plan board, check with Manager-on-Duty for any changes on the floor
  • Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied
  • Handle any complain with calmness and professionalism
  • Check host stand for adequate supplies such as applications, wait lists, and pens
  • Make sure you are aware of any menu changes and ab to answer any menu questions.

    • Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven working experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Professional communication skills and politeness
  • Skilled in IT and familiar with reservations systems
