Key Responsibilities
Student Safety & Welfare
Ensure the safety, security, and wellbeing of all students in the hostel.
Monitor students’ daily routines, attendance, and hostel discipline.
Provide first aid and coordinate emergency care when needed.
Act as a mentor and point-of-contact for student concerns.
Hostel Administration
Maintain attendance, leave registers, visitor logs, and room allotments.
Supervise housekeeping and cleanliness of rooms, common areas, and amenities.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance with facilities teams.
Enforce hostel rules, curfews, and safety protocols.
Conduct room checks and resolve disciplinary matters.
Student Support & Guidance
Mentor students on rules, responsibilities, study habits, and routine compliance.
Address student issues, conflicts, or grievances promptly and professionally.
Liaise with academic staff for any academic-related concerns.
