To actively manage and oversee all operational aspects of the hostels while supporting the Chief Warden. The role includes ensuring safety, discipline, maintenance, student welfare, and regular updates to the Chief Warden.

3. Key Accountabilities

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall management of existing and upcoming hostels.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Allot rooms to students as per allocation procedures.
  • Ensure timely and effective housekeeping and cleanliness of hostel premises.
