**Position Requirements**
- Hospitality or Communication Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of customer service experience
- English advanced, preferably native.
If your English is native, conversational Spanish is required.
TOEFL or Cambridge certification at an advanced level is required.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Reservation system management
- Customer service standards
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in a bilingual call center is desirable.

- Manage reservations, identifying customer requirements and expectations before their visit

- Ensure that reservations support smooth service flow
