What You’ll Do:

• As a Host/Hostess, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable dining experiences while fulfilling the essential duties of this dynamic position, including:
• Welcome Guests: Receive and record reservations, assign tables, and greet guests with a warm smile as you escort them to their seating.
• Take room service and to‑go orders.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Speak with patrons to ensure they’re delighted with their food and service, and handle any complaints with professionalism and care.
• Support Operations: Assist the front‑of‑house team with duties such as menus, refilling water glasses, resetting tables, and inspecting dining and serving areas for cleanliness and functionality.
• Accept Payments: Process payments as needed for food and beverages with accuracy and efficiency.
• Promote the Experience: Contribute to marketing and advertising efforts for Churchills restaurant.
