  • Greet guests, take them to their tables and provide menus
  • Communicate with guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Make sure that guests are seated where they are most comfortable
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Take orders for carry-out and forwards to the kitchen, packaging when done
