At the same time, a new client arrives for their very first RUSH experience and looks a bit lost. Moments later, an instructor signals that a treadmill needs a quick reset before the next block starts. How do you handle this situation?

You welcome every participant with confidence and warmth, guide newcomers through their first class, and ensure the studio feels high-end, calm and in control, even during peak rush hours.
