Oude Werf Hotel & Stellenbosch Hotel is seeking a Hotel Trainer to join the centralised HR team at our Stellenbosch properties. The role will design, deliver, and facilitate training across departments, aiming to elevate service standards and guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Head of HR and General Managers, you will develop annual training plans and SOPs while coordinating inductions and seasonal staff training.
