Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support team member to provide technical customer support, project implementation and rollouts with QA.
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing person who is tech savy, comes with lots of positive energy and is able to perform under pressure. Candidate should be able to communicate professionally speaking English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese.
This role is hybrid, primarily office based and with some remote (work-from-home) and based in Kuching, Sarawak, reporting to a Singapore-based entity and paid via an Employer of Record in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities


Customer Support


Helping support customer remote using IM, Email, Zoom
Trouble shooting customer issues
Gather customer feedback for product improvement
After hours support will be required by schedule

Rollouts


Work with sales to implement software on customer sites
Configure software to meet customer requirements
