Operations & Guest Experience

• Oversee daily cottage operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B coordination, and guest services.
• Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and serene guest experience aligned with organizational values.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and escalations calmly and professionally.
• Ensure strict adherence to service quality and brand standards.

SOP Creation & Process Improvement

• Create, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for:
• Guest check-in & check-out
• Housekeeping, hygiene & HACCP standards
• Staff grooming, etiquette & service protocols
• Inventory management, stores & cost control
