Hospitality & Catering Coordinator

The Noel Group is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established activity centre to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility for extension. This is a hands-on role ideally suited to an experienced catering professional or chef who enjoys working in a varied environment and taking ownership of both kitchen operations and wider hospitality functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality catering services while supporting the day-to-day operational needs of a busy residential and activity centre. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals for resident groups, guests, and visitors. Plan menus that meet the needs of a diverse range of groups and events.
